Orphans with Arthrogryposis

There are kids with Arthrogryposis all over the world who wait for a family to call their own. Every child should have a Mama and Papa to love them. Sadly many kids will never know the love of a family as they will live out their shortened lives in institutions. The children posted here are from Reecesrainbow.com If you can't adopt, you can donate to their grants on reecesrainbow.com Don't leave them to die in institutions.

Bring Hope to Alexis in May!

January: Joel
February: Laurel
March: Victoria (and Igor)
April: Igor (and Victoria)
May:

Alexis

I wanted to thank you all for supporting Igor and Victoria! It's always hard shifting our focus onto a new child, but rest assured we do not stop advocating, screaming and yelling for all our kids. Joel from January is fully funded and fully supported. They will be submitting their dossier at the end of this week and hope to travel in a couple months. Their blog is here. Laurel from February now has a committed family and still need a few thousand before being fully funded. They just started this fundraising process and only have two months before they have to go get her! You can continue to donate towards their adoption by going here. Their blog is here. Victoria and Igor, as we've written about just recently, are still without families and we will continue to try and raise their adoption grants and find them some!

This month we have decided to switch things around a bit. We're going to focus on arthrogryposis education and awareness. We want people to understand why we do what we do. We thought Alexis would be a good example of this.

The Duval family has stepped forward and made a commitment to Alexis. You'll hear more about this later. In the meantime feel free to jump on in and support them by going here.

We look forward to working together to support Alexis in the month of May. Let's help Alexis come home to her family!

  1. So glad Alexis has a family coming! Thanks for all you do for these kids! I wonder if you will be able to feature Elizaveta one month in the future? She also has arthrogryposis and has recently been re-listed on Reece's Rainbow - She has such a sad face in her picture :( http://reecesrainbow.org/1690/elizaveta
